All orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
Average delivery time is 4–12 business days. Please note that shipping times may be extended during periods of high demand or during holidays.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or federal holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing and delivery may be delayed. Please allow additional transit time. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you by email or phone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. This email will include your tracking number(s). Tracking numbers typically become active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Good Girl LLC is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping—including tariffs and taxes—are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages
Good Girl LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged items before filing.
