All healthcare services, including consultations and prescriptions, are provided by licensed healthcare providers operating independently of Good Girl LLC.

3. Services Provided

Good Girl LLC:

Good Girl LLC provides a platform to connect users with independent healthcare providers and clinical groups for consultations, prescriptions, and other healthcare services. Good Girl LLC is not a healthcare provider and does not practice medicine or interfere with the independent medical judgment of the providers.

Provider Groups and Associates:

All medical consultations, diagnoses, and treatments are provided by licensed healthcare providers who are part of independent clinical groups (“Provider Groups”). These Provider Groups operate under their own professional and legal responsibilities, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and medical standards.

Third-Party Entity:

Our third-party entity provides the technological infrastructure that supports the telehealth platform. The third-party entity is not responsible for clinical decision-making or the provision of medical care.

The Services are not health insurance and may not be reimbursed by Medicare, other federal payors, or private insurers. You may direct your prescription to any pharmacy of your choosing. For assistance, contact us at hello@goodgirlrx.com.

4. Telehealth Consent

By using the Site, you consent to telehealth services, including electronic communication with healthcare providers. This may include asynchronous communications (such as secure messaging and form submissions) and synchronous communications (such as live audio or video consultations). Telehealth involves the use of secure electronic systems to facilitate consultations and treatment. Potential risks include technical issues, security breaches, and limitations on physical examination.

5. Payment

By submitting your information for healthcare services, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Payment is required before services are rendered. Sales are final, and prescription products cannot be returned. If you believe there was an error with your prescription, contact hello@goodgirlrx.com.

6. Eligibility and Use Restrictions

You must be 18 years or older to use the Site, or under the supervision of a parent or guardian if under 18. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities under your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for unlawful purposes.
• Interfere with the security or operation of the Site.
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute any content from the Site without authorization.
