Refund Policy
IMPORTANT – NO CANCELLATIONS OR REFUNDS FOR PRESCRIPTION ORDERS
By placing an order with Good Girl Rx, you acknowledge and agree that prescription-based care involves immediate medical, pharmacy, and administrative costs. These costs are incurred as soon as your intake is submitted for provider review.
ALL PRESCRIPTION ORDERS ARE FINAL. Once a licensed medical provider has reviewed and approved your intake — and/or a pharmacy label has been generated — the order may not be canceled, returned, or refunded for any reason.
This policy applies regardless of whether medication has shipped. Pharmacy preparation, labeling, and provider services cannot be reversed or reimbursed.
NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE FOR:
- Change of mind
- Delays related to holidays, weekends, or pharmacy staffing
- Failure to read or understand the program terms
- Requests submitted after provider approval or label creation
Medications cannot be returned once they leave the pharmacy or once a shipping label has been created, in accordance with state and federal pharmacy regulations.
If you believe there has been a verifiable error in the dispensing of your prescription, you must notify us immediately at hello@goodgirlrx.com. Errors will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis solely for corrective action — not refunds.
Non-prescription items, if applicable, may be reviewed at our sole discretion.
By completing checkout, you expressly consent to this policy and waive any right to dispute or reverse charges related to approved prescription services.
