Thank you for visiting and shopping at Good Girl LLC. The following terms outline our shipping policies and apply to all orders placed through our website.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after provider approval (if applicable). Average delivery time is 4–12 business days from shipment.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or federal holidays. Processing and delivery times may be extended due to high order volume, pharmacy capacity, carrier delays, holidays, weather events, or temperature-related shipping constraints.
Prescription orders requiring temperature-controlled handling may experience additional delays to ensure medication safety and compliance. These delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.
Temperature-Controlled Shipments
Certain medications are shipped using temperature-controlled packaging and logistics. Shipping schedules may be adjusted based on weather conditions, regional temperatures, carrier availability, and pharmacy discretion to protect product integrity.
We do not ship temperature-sensitive medications when conditions may compromise safety. As a result, shipments may be delayed, held, or rescheduled without notice.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. This email will include your tracking number(s). Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to activate after label creation.
Label creation does not guarantee same-day carrier pickup.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Good Girl LLC is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, tariffs, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Delays, Losses & Carrier Responsibility
Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, Good Girl LLC is not liable for delays, lost packages, theft, weather-related disruptions, or carrier mishandling.
Delivery delays caused by the carrier, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or failed delivery attempts do not qualify for refunds or reshipments.
Damages
Good Girl LLC is not responsible for items damaged during transit. If your order arrives damaged, you must contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Retain all packaging materials and damaged items, as they may be required by the carrier.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside of the United States.
