A letter from our founder.
Before Good Girl Rx became a brand, it was my story.
I’ve always believed the most beautiful glow starts from the inside. But for a long time, I didn’t feel that way myself. Like so many women, I struggled — with stress, with energy, with feeling like my body wasn’t keeping up with my life.
Living in the public eye hasn’t made that any easier. The media watches everything I do, and sometimes the criticism hurts. But I’ve learned that being open about my health — even when it gives people something to judge — is the only way forward. Because real strength isn’t about pretending. It’s about being honest, even when it’s uncomfortable.
That honesty is what led me here.
When I launched Good Girl Rx, I did it with partners who didn’t fully understand the mission. They saw a brand. I saw a movement. So in August, I bought them out. I took it back — every part of it. Today, I stand here as the founder, the chairwoman, the boss, and the customer.
This isn’t a sponsorship. This is my company — built from my story, powered by women who’ve walked the same path.
Every woman’s health journey is different, but no one should have to walk it alone. The Good Girl Rx community is a space to learn, share, and grow stronger together — to talk honestly about hormones, energy, weight, and wellness without shame.
I know what it feels like to be judged, to question yourself, to want to feel better but not know where to start. That’s why I built this brand — to remind every woman that self-care is not selfish. It’s how we quiet the noise, take back our confidence, and start feeling like ourselves again.
Whether it’s getting your energy back, balancing your hormones, or finally feeling good in your own skin, Good Girl Rx is here to make it simple, affordable, and real.
We deserve care that works as hard as we do.
I’m here, standing with you — as your founder, your sister, your biggest believer.
Join me. Join the movement.
