Like the injection, the tablet triggers natural pulsatile GH secretion rather than flooding your system with synthetic hormone.

Injectable sermorelin has been more extensively studied and generally produces the most predictable bioavailability because it enters the bloodstream directly. Let the tablet dissolve completely under your tongue — don’t chew, swallow whole, or drink water for 30 minutes afterward.

Improvements in recovery, body composition, skin quality, and energy typically build over 3–6 months of consistent nightly use.
