Referral Program Terms & Conditions

Last updated: June 23, 2026

These Referral Program Terms and Conditions (“Referral Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Good Girl, LLC d/b/a GoodGirlRx (“GoodGirlRx,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and govern your participation in the GoodGirlRx Referral Program (the “Program”). By participating — including by sharing a referral link or code, or by signing up through one — you agree to these Referral Terms, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy, each available at goodgirlrx.com. If you do not agree, do not participate. These Referral Terms incorporate our Terms of Service by reference; capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given there.

About GoodGirlRx

GoodGirlRx is a women-focused telehealth technology platform. We are not a pharmacy, a manufacturer, or a compounder. We connect users to independent, state-licensed pharmacies and to independent, licensed healthcare providers through the Bask Health telehealth platform. Some medications offered, including compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide, are compounded medications that are NOT FDA-approved. The FDA does not review compounded medications for safety, effectiveness, or quality. Whether any medication is appropriate or prescribed is decided solely by an independent licensed provider. Participating in the Program does not guarantee that you or anyone you refer will qualify for, be prescribed, or receive any medication or service. Results may vary.

1. Who Can Participate

1.1 You must be at least 18 years old, a legal resident of the United States, and a current GoodGirlRx account holder in good standing to share referrals and earn rewards.

1.2 The person you refer (the “Referred Friend”) must be at least 18, a new GoodGirlRx user who has not previously created an account or placed an order, and must reside in a state where our services are available.

1.3 Employees, contractors, providers, and pharmacies affiliated with GoodGirlRx, and their immediate household members, are not eligible to earn referral rewards. Paid affiliates, ambassadors, and influencers are governed by a separate written Partner Agreement, not these consumer Referral Terms.

1.4 The Program is for personal, non-commercial use only.

2. How It Works

2.1 We give you a unique referral link or code. Share it directly with people you personally know.

2.2 A referral qualifies when the Referred Friend (a) creates a new GoodGirlRx account using your link or code, (b) completes a telehealth consultation, (c) is prescribed and pays in full for an eligible first order or membership, and (d) clears any applicable return, cancellation, or refund window we set without canceling or charging back.

2.3 The referral link or code must be used at sign-up. We cannot credit a referral added after an account is created or an order is placed.

2.4 Only one referral reward is given per unique Referred Friend, regardless of how many people refer them. If multiple referrers are linked to the same Referred Friend, we credit the first valid referral at our discretion.

3. Rewards

3.1 The current reward amounts, reward type (such as account credit), and any limits are shown on the Program page at goodgirlrx.com at the time you participate, and that page controls.

3.2 Rewards are typically issued as GoodGirlRx account credit applied to your next eligible order. Credit has no cash value, is not redeemable for cash, is non-transferable, and cannot be combined with certain other promotions unless we say otherwise.

3.3 Rewards are not earned, and any pending reward is forfeited, if the qualifying conditions in Section 2 are not fully met, or if the Referred Friend’s order is canceled, refunded, charged back, or otherwise reversed.

3.4 Account credit may expire 12 months after it is issued unless a different period is stated on the Program page or required by law.

3.5 You are responsible for any taxes that may apply to rewards you receive. We may issue tax forms where required by law.

4. Pricing and Payment (For Context)

4.1 Referral rewards are not a discount on, or a representation about, the price, safety, or effectiveness of any medication. Medication and membership pricing is set independently and shown at checkout; pricing is subject to change. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved, and results may vary.

4.2 Rewards do not reduce, waive, or affect any fees charged by independent providers or independent, state-licensed pharmacies.

5. How You Must Share (Fair Use)

5.1 Share only with people you personally know, and only in a truthful, non-misleading way. When you share, disclose clearly that you may receive a reward if they sign up. For example: “I get a credit if you join with my link.”

5.2 You may NOT, and you agree not to:

(a) state or imply that any compounded medication is FDA-approved, “the same as,” or equivalent to Ozempic, Wegovy, Zepbound, or Mounjaro;

(b) guarantee or promise any weight-loss amount, timeline, qualification, or that anyone will be prescribed a medication;

(c) give medical, dosing, or treatment advice, or describe medications as safe, risk-free, a cure, or without side effects;

(d) post or imply someone else’s results or before/after photos as your own, or use fake, AI-generated, or non-customer testimonials or reviews;

(e) disparage branded GLP-1 medications or their manufacturers;

(f) reveal, confirm, or imply that any specific person is a GoodGirlRx patient or customer without that person’s permission;

(g) spam; send unsolicited bulk email, texts, or messages; post your link on coupon, deal, classified, marketplace, or unauthorized review sites; buy ads or bid on GoodGirlRx trademarks or keywords; or use bots, scraping, or automated sign-ups;

(h) create fake accounts, refer yourself, use multiple emails or identities, or coordinate to game the Program (“self-referral” or fraud); or

(i) imply that you speak for, are employed by, or are endorsed by GoodGirlRx, or use our name or logos except in approved sharing materials.

5.3 You are responsible for your own statements when sharing. Disclosures and advertising laws (including FTC rules) may apply to you.

6. Privacy

6.1 We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy and Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice at goodgirlrx.com.

6.2 Do not share anyone’s contact information with us, or your link with anyone, without their consent.

6.3 GoodGirlRx will not disclose, confirm, or publish any individual’s health information, treatment, or patient status for marketing or referral purposes without that person’s valid prior written authorization. Protected health information stays within the patient portal.

7. Fraud, Suspension, and Forfeiture

7.1 We may, at our sole discretion and without notice, withhold, cancel, reverse, or claw back any reward; disqualify any referral; suspend or close your account; and remove you from the Program if we reasonably believe these Referral Terms were violated or that fraud, abuse, manipulation, or misrepresentation occurred.

7.2 Determinations of eligibility, qualification, and reward issuance are made by us in our sole discretion and are final.

8. Changes and Termination

8.1 We may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, or change reward amounts, eligibility, or these Referral Terms, at any time and for any reason, with or without notice. Changes are effective when posted at goodgirlrx.com.

8.2 Rewards already validly earned before a change or termination will be honored, except where forfeiture applies under these Referral Terms or where prohibited by law.

8.3 Your continued participation after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Referral Terms.

9. No Medical Advice; No Guarantee

9.1 Nothing in the Program or in any referral communication is medical advice. It does not create a provider-patient relationship with GoodGirlRx. Only an independent licensed provider can determine whether any medication is appropriate.

9.2 Participation in the Program does not influence, and must never be represented as influencing, any provider’s clinical decision, pricing, or whether anyone is prescribed a medication.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

10.1 The Program is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoodGirlRx and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost rewards, arising out of or relating to the Program, and our total aggregate liability relating to the Program will not exceed the value of the rewards validly earned by you in the six (6) months before the claim arose.

10.3 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GoodGirlRx and its affiliates from claims arising out of your participation in the Program, your sharing activity, or your breach of these Referral Terms.

11. General

11.1 These Referral Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute is subject to the binding individual arbitration, venue, class-action waiver, and other dispute-resolution provisions in our Terms of Service, which are incorporated here by reference.

11.2 The Program is void where prohibited or restricted by law and is not open where it would violate any applicable law or regulation.

11.3 If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.

11.4 These Referral Terms, together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement regarding the Program.
